Since each custom piece is handcrafted in our Paris workshop, production typically takes 10 to 15 business days before shipping.

Can I return a custom-made watch strap?
Items from our standard collection can be returned within 14 days. However, bespoke or custom-made straps are tailored to your specific measurements and cannot be returned.
